Shawna Bonner is the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs and is responsible for all corporate, development, and production business and legal affairs for the company and its slate of programming.
Shawna began her career at William Morris Endeavor in the corporate and motion picture departments following graduation from Whittier Law School. Prior to joining Critical Content, she worked in-house as the Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Irwin Entertainment.
